Thank you for shopping at ​  For hygienic reasons, the only items that are eligible for return are products that have an unbroken plastic seal on them.

This includes: All Careline Eyeliners and Lipliners, GADE Metallic Eyeliner, GADE Everlasting Pencil Liner, GADE Everlasting Lipliner, GADE Makeup Remover, GADE Matte Perfecting Primer, Grande Lash MD

You have 15​ calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Lipsticks are never returnable. Sale Items are Final Sale.

* Coming soon* Since I am unable to take returns on so many items, I will be adding a sample section to the webite. Here you will be able to buy samples of lipsticks, foundations, primers and skincare for a nominal fee. This will allow you to try before you buy.


Currently there is no option to exchange. If you want a different product, send back your order for a refund, and place a new order.


Once your item in received, it will be inspected, and you will be notified on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your credit card (or original method of payment).


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note, once a package has been delivered, I cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged items. If a signature at delivery is required or preferred, a note must be included in the original order so that I can accommodate your request.
